摘　　要：目前我国正处于经济社会转型的"新常态"时期,生态城市是解决城镇化建设进程中人口、资源和生态环境等问题的重要对策。生态城市评价是生态城市研究的关键问题之一,是当前国内外生态城市研究领域的科学前沿。鉴于此,文章采用内容分析法,从"研究主题""评价体系""研究方法"三个维度来分析"生态城市评价体系构建与研究"这一重要问题,分析归纳了生态城市评价指标体系的研究现状、发展脉络与趋势、研究创新探索等,基于生态学理论和"三生共赢"原理,借鉴PEST环境分析法,提出了生态城市"五位一体""三维一体"系统评价研究,将为生态城市发展战略的制定以及生态城市的评价管理提供技术决策支持。At present, China is in the economic and social transformation of the ＂new normal＂ period, the ecological city is to solve the problems of population, resources and ecological environment in the process of urbanization. Eco city evaluation is one of the key issues in the study of eco-city, and it is the scientific frontier in the research field of eco-ci^y at home and abroad. In view of this, this article uses the content analysis method, from three dimensions of ＂research subject＂ ＂evaluation system＂ and ＂research method＂ to analyze ＂the construction and research of ecological city evaluation system＂. The paper analyzed the evaluation index system of eco-city research, context and development trend, research innovation, ecology theory and ＂Sansheng＂ based on the principle of using PEST environmental analysis method, and we put forward the ecological city ＂five in one＂ ＂three in one＂ system evaluation for evaluation and management of eco-city development strategy for the establishment of ecological city and provide decision support technology.
