摘  要:介绍了热轧带钢层流冷却系统水冷喷射的工艺优化过程。通过优化层流冷却过程的前段冷却水量,调整上下集管流量配比和侧喷角度,粗化了带钢的晶粒尺寸,优化前后屈强比由0.78降为0.75,伸长率平均由33%增加为36%,同时带钢的冷却均匀性改善提高了产品冲压性能的稳定性,满足了客户的后续加工要求。This article introduces the optimizations of laminar cooling process in the hot strips. The optimization includes water volume' s variation of the front-part cooling, adjustment of ratio of down to up collecting tube' s water flow, choice of side-spraying angle. And so, it can enlarge the size of grains of strips, the ratio of yield to tensile strength is decreased from 0.78 to 0.75. The average elongation is improved from 33% to 36%. It also improves the uniformity of cooling to strips so that the stability of deformed properties has been improved.
