摘  要:结合中天钢铁第三炼钢厂3#连铸机的生产实际,分析二冷比水量和结晶器电磁搅拌电流强度对60Si2Mn A弹簧钢160 mm×160 mm方坯中心碳偏析的影响,结果表明:二冷比水量增加,中心碳偏析指数先降低后增加;结晶器电磁搅拌强度增加,铸坯中心碳偏析指数降低。比水量为1.0 L/kg、结晶器电磁搅拌强度为300 A/3 Hz时,中心碳偏析指数达到最小值1.04,且铸坯的中心偏析指数波动更小。With the practical production situation of the billet caster in No.3 Steelmaking Plant of Zenith Steel Group Co., Ltd., influence of secondary cooling water ratio and mould electromagnetic stirring current strength on the central carbon segregation of 160-by- 160 mm 60Si2MnA spring steel billet were analyzed. The results showed that with increasing of the ratio of secondary cooling water, the central carbon segregation index was decreased first and then increased. The central carbon segregation index was decreased with the increasing of mold electromagnetic stirring strength. The optimized parameters of M-EMS was current of 300 A, frequency of 3 Hz and secondary cooling water ratio was 1.0 L/kg, the central carbon segregation index of 60Si2MnA spring billet steel was minimum as 1.04 and the center carbon segregation fluctuation was also reduced.
