摘  要:研究了焦粉及生石灰分加比例、焦粉粒度、转炉细灰替代部分生石灰对烧结主要技术指标的影响。结果表明:在保持原料配比不变的情况下,燃料、熔剂共同分加有利于烧结指标的改善;转炉细灰不适合替代部分二次生石灰进行分加;燃料粒度对烧结影响显著,焦粉分加的最佳适宜粒度为:一次分加焦粉+1 mm,二次分加焦粉-1 mm。综合条件试验的优化结果,不改变焦粉粒级,直接降低焦粉配入量1 kg/t条件下,烧结矿转鼓指数相对提高2.39%,烧结利用系数相对提高5.38%。The effect of separate addition of coke powder, separate addition of quick lime, coke powder granularity and substitution of converter fine ash for part of lime on the main technical indexes of sinter was investigated. The results showed that: in the case of the raw material proportioning schemes unchanged, separate addition of fuel and fluxing agent are conducive to further improve sintering indexes. Substitution of converter fine ash for part of lime is not suitable in this research. The effect of fuel particle size is significant and the suitable particle size is: + 1 mm coke powder adding first and - 1 mm coke powder adding second. Base on the optimum conditions, the addition amount of coke powder with 1 kg/t sinter is directly reduced, with the size of coke powder unchanged, the sinter drum index increased by 2.39%, and the sintering coefficient increased by 5.38%.
