摘  要:为考察宣钢LD—LF—CC工艺生产的20管坯钢的洁净度,对LF炉—中间包—铸坯工序跟踪取样,采用氧氮化学分析、光学显微镜分析、扫描电镜-能谱分析和大样电解等方法研究了各工序夹杂物的形貌、尺寸、数量及组成。结果表明,从中包到铸坯增氮明显,氧含量呈下降趋势;钢中夹杂物类型常规,主要为复合氧化物类和由复合氧化物、硫化钙构成的复合夹杂物。大型夹杂物来源主要是渣层、耐火材料和二次氧化产物等。铸坯中大型夹杂物含量较高,表明中间包去除大型夹杂物效果欠佳,结晶器环节存在较明显的卷渣现象。In order to investigate the cleanliness of 20 billet steel produced by the LD-LF-CC process of Xuanhua Iron and Steel, the LF furnace- tundish- casting process tracking sampling, by oxygen and nitrogen chemical analysis, optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis and electrolysis method, the process of inclusions morphology, its size, quantity and composition were studied. The results showed that the nitrogen content from the tundish to the slab is increased obviously, and the oxygen content showed a downward trend. The inclusion type in steel are more conventional, mainly for composite inclusions composed of composite oxides and composite oxides with calcium sulfide. The main sources of large inclusions are slag layer, refractory material and second oxidation products. The content of large inclusions in the slab is relatively higher, which shows that the tundish does not have better effect on removing large inclusions, and there is obvious slag entrainment in the mould.
