摘 要:在无添加任何其它组分条件下,采用简单两段晶化合成法制备出具有均匀单分散小晶粒ZSM-5分子筛。通过采用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)对合成结果进行分析可知,合成的分子筛是典型的ZSM-5结构分子筛,晶粒十分均匀而呈单分散,粒度大小约为200~300nm。考察了预晶化温度和时间、晶化生长温度和时间、合成碱度和硅铝比等对快速合成小晶粒ZSM-5分子筛的影响。结果表明,在相对高碱度和较低预晶化温度条件下有利于快速(总共4~6h)合成高质量小晶粒ZSM-5分子筛。Small-sized and single dispersed ZSM-5 crystals with an average size of 250 nm were rapidly prepared by a method of two-stage synthesis without any additive added in the synthesis solution. The as-synthesized products were characterized by SEM and XRD. The results showed that the obtained products had pure ZSM-5 structure proved by the XRD pattern and the crystals were typical benzene-ring shape observed by the SEM image. The zeolite crystals were extremely uniform and regular without any impurity. The effect of some main factors including the pre-crystallization temperature and time, crystallization temperature and time, SiO2/ Al2O3 mole ratio and synthesis alkalinity on the rapid formation of small-sized and single-dispersed ZSM-5 crystals was also investigated and discussed. Resuhs indicated that lower pre-crystallization temperature and higher synthesis alkalinity are beneficial to the rapid formation of small-sized and single-dispersed ZSM-5 crystals.
