摘  要:以河北沧州小米米糠为原料,研究CO_2超临界提取小米米糠油的最佳工艺。在单因素试验基础上,选择设备压力、温度和料液比为影响因素,以出油率为响应面,根据Box-Behnken试验设计原理,采用三因素三水平进行响应面分析,并对提取油的品质和脂肪酸含量进行了检测。在分析各个因素的显著性和交互作用后,得出最佳工艺条件,并通过验证试验进行验证,得出温度40℃、压力35 MPa、料液比0.80时,出油率为9.98%。冀东小米米糠油脂肪酸含量组成中,亚油酸质量分数高达57%,是一种健康食用油。Taking millet rice as raw materials, optimal technology of SFE - CO2 extraction oil was studied. On the basis of single - factor test, extraction pressure, extraction temperature and material - water ratio were selected as influence factors, and the extraction rate of oil was chosen as response value. On the basis of Box - Behnken test design principle, 3 facors and 3 levels were adopted to make response value analysis, and the quality and fatty acid composition of the extracted oil were determined. After anaylizing the significance and interaction of various factors, the optimum extraction condition were concluded as follow: temperature of40℃ ,pressure of 35 MPa and the material - water ratio is 0.80. The exteraction rate of millet rice oil was up to 9.98%. The oil obtained under these conditions is healthy, in which the content of linoletic acid is up to 57%
