摘  要:对基夫赛特炉搭配沉铁渣炼铅的反应过程进行了热力学分析,结果表明:在500~1 000℃条件下,PbS氧化生成PbSO_4比生成PbO的趋势更强,ZnS氧化生成ZnSO_4比生成ZnO的趋势更强。在800~1 300℃条件下,PbSO_4较PbO更容易被还原成单质铅。试验研究结果表明:在1 000℃条件下,PbS主要氧化成PbSO_4。在温度1200℃,M_(氧化后铝精矿)/M_(氧化后沉铁渣)=4:1,CaO/SiO_2=0.5,Fe_2O_3/SiO_2=1.25,M_(待还原料)/M_(焦炭)=40.2的还原气氛下,产出粗铅的品位达到97.48%,铅的回收率为98.35%。Thermodynamics analysis in reaction process of smelting of PbS and iron - precipitation residue with Kivcet furnace is performed. The results indicate that ZnS and PbS are more preferentially to form corresponding sulphates than to form oxides at 500 % - 1 000 % and the formed PbSO4 is easier to he reduced subsequently to Pb than PbO to he reduced at 800 ℃ - 1 300 ℃. Experiments show that at 1 200 ℃ predominant product of PbS oxida- tion is PbSO4, when Moxidized Pbconcentrate/Moxidizedironprecipitati idue = 4: 1, CaO/SiO2 = 0. 5, Fe2O3/SiO2 = 1.25,Mmaterialsto be roducea/Mcoke =40. 2. The crude lead contents 97.48% Pb and the recovery of Pb is 98.35%.
