摘  要:目的了解北京市乡镇卫生院医务人员流出原因。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法,在北京市5个区县抽取15个乡镇卫生院作为调研现场,对每个乡镇卫生院的12~15名工作人员进行问卷调查,累计调查184人。采用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计分析。结果 33.3%的医务人员认为乡镇卫生院人员队伍稳定性一般,稳定性得分2.84分,47.2%表示每年都有人员流出,影响人员流出的主要因素为社会环境落后,职业环境、发展空间有限,以及个人自身状况。结论应改善乡镇卫生院的环境,增加医务人员的职业追求和自身价值的体现,进一步提高乡镇卫生院医务人员的稳定性。Objectives To understand the reason of staff outflow in township hospitals in Beijing.Methods This study selected 15 township hospitals from 5districts in Beijing by stratified random sampling method.We surveyed12-15staffs in every township hospital,and 184 people were investigated in all.Results Because of unfavorable social environments,under-expected occupational environment and development space,as well as individual condition,33.3% of the staff considered that the stability of human resources in township hospitals was fairly good(The score of the stability was 2.84).47.2% personnel indicated that floating out of township hospitals happened every year.Conclusions In order to enhance the stability of personnel,we can start from three respects that affect the outflow of workforce in township hospitals,namely improving the social circumstance,increasing institution condition,and paying attention to the pursuit of professionals.
