感控兼职医生护士医院感染知识结构调查及继续教育对策

摘　　要：目的探讨解兼职医护人员对医院感染知识掌握情况,并针对薄弱环节进行培训和管理。方法采取自行设计问卷方式,对该院110名临床医院感染管理兼职医护人员进行调查。结果除对"医疗垃圾分类及处置方法"、"常用消毒剂的使用方法和注意事项"及"锐器刺伤后应立即采取的措施及上报"的知晓率达到95%以上外,其余项目的知晓率均较低,最低为"标准预防知识及各种防护用品使用"知晓率,仅为40.00%,有4项知晓率不足50%。医护之间仅2项比较有统计学意义(χ~2=4.85,8.17;P<0.05)。结论兼职医护人员的医院感染管理知识水平有待提高,必须加强医院感染管理知识的继续教育,提高强化兼职医生护士的感控意识,提升他们主动感控的依从性准确性,使医院感染预防和控制工作更科学规范。Objective To explore the knowledge of nurse infection in part-time medical staff and to help them overcome the weakness.Methods Self-designed questionnaire was used to survey the clinical hospital infection management of 110 part-time medical staff.Results While the awareness rate was up to 95% in the medical waste classification and disposal methods, the common disinfectant-using methods and the precautions as well as the treatment measures for stab, the awareness rate of others was low, the awareness rate was only 40.00% in the standard prevention knowledge and the use of protective equipment, and the awareness rate was below 50% in other four items.There was statistically significant difference in only two items between the part-time doctors and the part-time nurses （χ2=4.85, 8.17;P〈0.05）.Conclusion The level of hospital infection management knowledge of part-time medical staff should be improved, and the continuing education should be strengthened to improve their infection control awareness.
