摘  要:目的探究烫吸安钠咖对冠心病患者超敏C反应蛋白及纤维蛋白原之间的影响。方法随机收集2015年1月至2016年10月于我院就诊的经冠状动脉造影术确诊冠心病并伴吸食安钠咖年限至少5年的患者301例,定为观察组,再随机收集同期经冠状动脉造影术确诊冠心病但从未吸食安钠咖的患者264例,定为对照组,比较两组间超敏C反应蛋白及纤维蛋白原,并观察两组患者冠状动脉狭窄程度;将观察组患者按年龄分为三组(≥60岁,40~60岁,≤40岁),比较冠状动脉狭窄程度。结果观察组患者超敏C反应蛋白、纤维蛋白原水平均显著增高,并且发现观察组患者的冠状动脉狭窄程度明显加重;观察组中低于40岁的患者冠状动脉严重程度尤其重。以上数据结论均有统计学意义。结论烫吸安钠咖能够显著增加冠心病患者的超敏C反应蛋白、纤维蛋白原水平,并且,吸食组患者的冠状动脉狭窄程度明显加重,可见,烫吸安钠咖可能通过促进机体炎症反应对冠心病患者不利。Objective To explore the association between caffeine-sodium benzoate and hypersensitive C-reactive protein and fibrinogen in patients with coronary heart disease.Method From January2015 to October 2016,randomly collected 301 patients who smoke caffeine-sodium benzoate at least 5years and confirmed coronary heart disease by coronary angiography in Bayannaoer Hospital Inner Mongolia were divided into caffeine-sodium benzoate grou,and randomly collected 264 patients who had never taken caffeine-sodium benzoate in the same period were selected as the control group.we observed whether there existed significant difference in the hypersensitive CRP,fibrinogen and coronary artery stenosis in the two groups.The patients in the caffeine-sodium benzoate group were divided into three groups(over60years old,40-60 years old and younger than 40years)to observe the difference of coronary artery stenosis between the two groups of patients.Results Compared with patients in control group,the level of hypersensitive CRP and fibrinogen were significantly higher in caffeine-sodium benzoate group.In terms of patients with caffeine-sodium benzoate consuming,the degree of coronary stenosis was heavier;Besides,the degree of coronary stenosis was heavier in the less than 40 years old patients in caffeine-sodium benzoate group.The above data were statistically significant.Conclusions The level of hypersensitive CRP and fibrinogen in caffeine-sodium benzoate group were significantly higher,and the degree of coronary stenosis in caffeine-sodium benzoate group was heavier.So caffeine-sodium benzoate is harmful to the patients with coronary heart disease by promoting the body's inflammatory response.
