摘  要:以油用牡丹品种‘凤丹’为试验材料,采用完全随机区组设计,研究9种不同株行距对植株生长发育、光合特性、水分利用效率及产量构成因素的影响,为优化油用牡丹栽培技术提供理论依据。结果表明:增大株行距有利于提高平均冠幅、分枝量、新枝基径和单株叶面积(LA),降低株高和新枝长度,对净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔导度(Gs)、叶绿素含量(Chl)有明显促进作用,并提高水分利用效率(WUE)。1.0m行距各配置植株个体生长发育最好,单株结实量最高。0.6m行距各配置株高及单株叶面积最大,植株表现出一定程度的徒长,光合生理指标和产量最低。产量受到单株结实量和种植株数的共同影响,以0.5m×0.8m株行距配置的产量最高,为1211.11kg/hm^2。The experiment took common variety of Paeonia ostii 'Feng Dan' as material, and applied randomized complete block design to study the effects of nine different plant - row spacing configuration on growth, photosynthetic characteristics, water use efficiency, yield and its component factors, to provid theoretical basis for the optimization of oil tree peony cultivation techniques. The results showed that increasing plant - row spacing was advantageous to improve the crown width, branch numbers, the basal diameter of sprouts and leaf area per plant (LA), reduced the plant height and shoots length, significantly promoted net photosynthesis rate (Pn), transpiration rate(Tr), stomatal conductrance( Gs), and chlorophyll content( Chl), also improved water use efficiency(WUE). 1.0m row spacing treatments. 0. 6m row spacing treatments had the highest plant height and leaf area per plant, the lowest photosynthetic indexes and yield, and plants showed a certain degree of excessive growth. The yield was affected by seed yield per plant and plant numbers. 0.5m - 0.8m plant - row spacing treatments had the highest yield as 1211. 11 kg/hm2.
