剪切两侧结扎治疗女性前位混合痔临床观察

摘　　要：为观察剪切、两侧结扎治疗女性前位混合痔的临床疗效，将100例前位有混合痔女性患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例，治疗组采用前位混合痔剪切、两侧结扎治疗，对照组采用混合痔外剥内扎术治疗，比较2组疗效及术后不同时点疼痛评分、肛门水肿评分、愈合时间。结果显示，治疗组在术后不同时点疼痛评分、创面水肿评分、愈合时间方面优于对照组（P均〈0．05）。结果表明，剪切、两侧结扎治疗女性前位混合痔疗效确切，术后并发症少，操作简便。This study was to observe the clinical effect of cut ＆ bilateral ligation for hemorrhoids mass in the treatment of anterolateral mixed hemorrhoids of femal patients, randomly divided 100 femaI patients suffered from anterolateral mixed hemorrhoids into treatment group and control one,50 cases for each;the former＇s patients received above procedure, while in the latter, routine procedure of external dissection ＆ internal ligation for anterolataral hemorrhoids ; then both groups＇ effect, and score rating on pain, anal edema at postoperative different time-points,as well as healing time were compared.As results,in above all indexes the former was all superior to the latter（ P 〈0.05 ,all）.Results show that the cut ＆ bilateral ligation procedure for female anterolateral mixed hemorrhoids has certain effect,the postoperative complications also are less, manipulation is easy and simple.
