内悬外剔肛门修整术治疗环状混合痔临床观察

摘　　要：为探讨内悬外剔肛门修整术治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效，对110例环状混合痔患者均行内悬外剔肛门修整术治疗。结果显示，110例患者中，治愈107例，好转3例，治愈率97．3％。无并发症。结果表明，内悬外剔肛门修整术治疗环状混合痔，疗效满意，操作简便，创伤小，住院时间和手术时间短，术后恢复快，并发症少。In order to explore the clinical effect of internal suspention ＆ external resection anal repair plasty（i.e anal cushion suspension ＆ reduction and subcutaneously pick external hemorrhoids,then repair plasty for anus） in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids, authorsperformed above surgery on 110 cases of this hemorrhoids.As results,107 cases were cured,3 got improved,curative rate was up to 97.3% ,and no complication was found.Results show that above procedure for circumferential mixed hemorrhoids can achieve satisfactory effect,its manipulation is simple ＆ easy,of less trauma,of short hospital Stay and operative time, faster postoperative recovery, and less complication.
