手指点穴配合耳穴压籽防治肛瘘术后排尿困难的效果观察

摘　　要：为观察手指点穴配合耳穴压籽防治肛瘘切除术后患者排尿困难的效果，将100例肛瘘切除术后患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例。对照组采用常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上于术后2h后，患者麻醉效果消退、生命体征平稳后，给予手指点穴及耳穴压籽治疗。观察2组患者首次排尿时间及排尿情况。结果显示，治疗组患者术后排尿困难发生率低于对照组，患者排尿情况也优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结果表明．手指点穴配合耳穴压籽可有效预防和缓解肛瘘术后排尿困难。This study was to observe the efficacy of digital acupoint pressure plus vaccaria seed pressing on ear point for preventing ＆ treating postoperative dysuria of the patient with fistula in Ano;randomly divided 100 cases who had received surgery for anal fistula into treatment group and control one, 50 cases for each;control group adopted routine treatment, while treatment group received digital acupoint pressure plus vaccaria seed pressing on ear point after patient＇s anesthetic efficacy subsided and vital signs become stable at two hours after surgery based on routine treatment;then,the time at first-time urination of two groups was observed.As results,the incidence of postoperative dysuria in treatment group was lower than that in control group, and, urination situation also superior to that of control group （ P〈0.05）. Results show that digital acupoint pressure plus vaccaria seed pressing on ear point can effectively prevent and relieve postoperative dysuria of fistula in ano.
