臭氧联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨性关节炎对关节液中NO含量的影响

摘  要:目的:研究不同低浓度臭氧联合玻璃酸钠治疗对膝骨性关节炎NO表达的影响,探讨最适臭氧浓度。方法:将符合标准的膝关节60例,随机分为15μg/ml×10 ml臭氧+25 mg玻璃酸钠组(A组),25μg/ml×10 ml臭氧+25 mg玻璃酸钠组(B组),单用25 mg玻璃酸钠组(C组)。1次/周,共5周。在治疗前、后测定各组患者的视觉模拟评分(VAS)及关节液中的NO含量。结果:各组患者治疗后的VAS评分及关节液中的NO含量较治疗前均有所下降,B组患者治疗后的VAS评分及关节液中的NO含量分别为(2.15±1.01)分和(41.24±20.53)μmol/l,较A、C组明显降低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:臭氧联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨性关节炎可显著降低患者的VAS评分,减少关节液中NO表达,比单一使用玻璃酸钠治疗效果佳;当使用联合治疗时,最适臭氧浓度为25μg/ml。Objective:To study the effect of ozone combined with sodium hyaluronate on the level of nitric oxide in osteoarthritic knee joint treatment with different low concentrations of ozone,so as to find out the optimal ozone concentration. Methods: 60 patients whose knee joints met the experimental conditions,were randomized into 3 groups. Group A received 15 μg/ml × 10 ml ozone combined with 25 mg sodium hyaluronate injections and Group B received 25 μg/ml × 10 ml ozone combined with 25 mg sodium hyaluronate injections,while Group C only received 25 mg sodium hyaluronate injection once a week for 5weeks. The visual analogue scale( VAS) and the content of nitric oxide no in joint fluid were measured before and after treatment. Results: The visual analogue scale( VAS) and the content of NO in joint fluid of all groups decreased after the treatment; and the visual analogue scale( VAS) and the content of NO in joint fluid of group B are(2.15±1.01) points and(41.24±20.53) μmol/l respectively,showing a dramaticdecline compared with other groups,which were of statistical differences( P〈0.05). Conclusion: Compared with injecting sodium hyaluronate only,ozone combined with sodium hyaluronate can remarkably decrease the point of visual analogue scale( VAS) and expression of NO in joint fluid,and with the optimal concentration of ozone of 25 μg/ml.
