黛力新联合芦荟珍珠胶囊治疗老年功能性便秘伴焦虑抑郁的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评估黛力新联合芦荟珍珠胶囊治疗伴有焦虑抑郁的老年功能性便秘的疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分对照组和联合治疗组各30例。对照组予口服芦荟珍珠胶囊,联合治疗组给予黛力新和芦荟珍珠胶囊,连续治疗4周后对疗效进行评估。结果:联合治疗组在治疗后各项便秘症状、焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分较治疗前明显改善,且疗效优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黛力新联合芦荟珍珠胶囊治疗老年功能性便秘伴焦虑抑郁疗效较好。Objective： To observe the curative effect of deanxit combined with pearl aloe capsule in the treatment of functional constipation with anxiety depression in elder patients. Methods： 60 patients were randomized into the control group and combined therapy group with 30 cases in each. Patients in the control group were adminstered with pearl aloe capsule orally,while patients in anthor group were treated with the combinaion of deanxit with pearl aloe capsule. The therapeutic effect were evaluated after 4consecutive weeks＇ treatment. Results： Compared with the control group,the symptoms of constipation in the combination treatment group improved significantly. And the SAS and SDS scores in patients of the combination groups improved more significantly after the treatment,which were of statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Deanxit combined with pearl aloe capsule can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of functional constipation,and the anxiety depression in elder patients.
