摘  要:目的:授权教育模式提高糖耐量低减患者的治疗依从性。方法:将我院体检中100例糖耐量低减患者随机分为实验组和对照组各50例,两组患者均定期接受糖尿病护理门诊的健康宣教,但对实验组的患者在健康教育过程中将授权教育理论融入,实施授权式健康教育模式。对两组研究对象均定期电话随访,调查分析研究对象的遵医行为、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PBG)、血脂[总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)]等代谢指标的变化及最终的结局。对患者干预前、干预后6个月的治疗依从性、FBG、2 h PBG、血脂水平进行比较。结果:实验组患者治疗依从率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),血糖、血脂控制情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:授权教育模式能有效提高糖耐量低减患者治疗依从性,对FBG、2 h PBG、血脂有控制效果。Objective: To investigate the effect of empowerment education model on enhancing the treatment compliance of patients with impaired glucose tolerance. Methods: A total of 100 patients with impaired glucose tolerance were randomized into the experimental group( n = 50) and control group( n =50),and patients in both groups accepted the health education in the diabetes nursing clinic regularly.Besides,empowerment education theory was added to patients in the experimental group during the health education,who received empowerment health education model. Subjects in both groups were surveyed with termly telephone follow-up,and the relevant information and data of the treatment compliance,fasting blood glucose( FBG),2 h blood glucose(2 h PBG),total cholesterol( TC),triglyceride( TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol( LDL),and ultimate outcomes of the patients were analyzed. Before intervention and6 months after intervention,the treatment compliance,FBG,2 h PBG,and serum lipid levels of patients in both groups were compared. Results: Treatment compliance rateo of the experimental group was significant higher than that of the control group,which had significant difference( P〈0.05); and the controlling situations of blood glucose and blood lipid in the experimental group were superior to those of the control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Empowerment education model can effectively improve the treatment compliance and control effects of FBG,2 h PBG,and serum lipid level in patients with impaired glucose tolerance.
