摘  要:目的了解血培养沙门菌菌型分布及药敏结果耐药情况,为今后制定预防措施及指导临床合理用药提供依据。方法收集2014年1月1日-2016年6月30日文山州人民医院血培养分离的143株沙门菌的患者信息资料、菌株鉴定及药敏试验结果,并进行汇总分析。结果血培养共检出沙门菌143株,甲型副伤寒血清型112株、伤寒血清型10株、乙型副伤寒血清型20株、鸡沙门菌血清型1株。检出率最高为甲型副伤寒血清型(78.32%),其次为乙型副伤寒血清型(13.99%)。以15岁~45岁(65.73%)、45岁~65岁(20.98%)分布较多;沙门菌对头孢类抗生素耐药率在10.00%以下,喹诺酮类在甲型副伤寒和青霉素类在乙型副伤寒耐药率均在20.00%左右。结论文山州人民医院沙门菌感染以甲型副伤寒为主,部分临床常用抗生素耐药情况明显,临床应结合药敏结果,制定合理的治疗方案。Objective To understand the Salmonella serotype distribution and drug sensitivity results, so as to provide basis for the future development of preventative measures and guiding the clinical rational use of drugs. Methods From January 1,2014 to June 30, 2016 in Wenshan People's Hospital, information of 143 strains of Salmonella isolated from blood culture was collect- ed, as well as the strain identification and drug sensitivity test results, for statistical analysis. Results Blood culture showed that 143 straitis of Salmonella, 112 strains of paratyphi A serotype, 10 strains of typhoid paratyphoid; 20 strains of Salmonella serotype, 1 strain of Salmonella serotype of chicken were detected. The detection rate was the highest for the paratyphi A sero- type(78.32% ) , followed by type B serotype( 13.99% ). In 15 -45 years old (65.73%) , 45 -65 years old(20.98% ) , distribution of Salmonella was more; antibiotic resistance rate to cephalosporin was below 10.00% , and that of paratyphi A sero- type to quinolones and paratyphi B serotype to penicillins were both 20.00%. Conclusion Paratyphoid salmonella infection was the dominant in Wenshan People's Hospital, clinical antibiotic resistance is obvious, and the clinical should establish rational treatment combined with the results of drug sensitivity.
