2011年-2016年银川市从业人员梅毒感染情况调查分析

摘　　要：目的探讨银川市2011年-2016年公共场所从业人员梅毒感染现状。方法收集银川市公共场所从业人员血液样本91 423例,初筛采用梅毒甲苯胺红不加热血清试验(TRUST),初筛阳性病例确诊采用梅毒螺旋体血球凝集试验(TPPA),并对检测结果进行统计学分析。结果 91 423例血液样本,确认梅毒阳性304例,阳性率为0.33%;各年份间梅毒感染阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=24.51,P<0.01);梅毒感染阳性率在各行业组(娱乐、宾馆、餐饮、其他)差异有统计学意义(χ~2=27.41,P<0.01)。女性感染阳性率高于男性,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=17.79,P<0.01);梅毒感染从业人员各年龄组之间差异有统计学意义(χ~2=81.45,P<0.01)。结论银川市公共场所从业人员梅毒检出阳性率呈逐年上升趋势,加强公共场所从业人员的健康体检,有助于梅毒的预防和控制。Objective To discuss the status of syphilis infection among employees of public places from 2011 to 2016 in Yin- chuan. Methods The information of syphilis detection among 91 423 employees in public places during 2011 - 2016 were col- lected for analysis. The preliminary screening was performed by using syphilis toluidine red untreated serum test（ TRUST）, and then the positive cases were definitely diagnosed by treponem pallidum panicle agglutination （TPPA）. The overall results were analyzed statistically. Results Totally 91 423 employees of public places were examined, in which 304 cases were syphilis positive with the positive rate of 0.33%, and the differences among different years had statistical slgmficance＇ ＂ （X2 _- 24. 51, P 〈 0.01 ） ; the differences on positive rates of syphilis infection in various industry groups （such as entertainment, hotel, restau- rant, and others ） were statistically significant（x2 = 27.41, P 〈 0.01 ）. The infection positive rate of females was higher than that of males, with the difference statistically significant （x2 = 17.79, P 〈 0.01 ）. The difference of syphilis infection positive rate had statistical significance among different age groups （X2 = 81.45, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The syphilis infection positive rates among employees show the growing tendency in Yinchnan. Strengthening the physical examination of the employees in public places is important and helpful to the prevention and control of the syphilis.
