摘  要:目的回顾性分析本院产妇医院感染分离的铜绿假单胞菌产AmpC酶基因型。方法采用VITEK 2 Compact全自动微生物分析仪鉴定细菌;采用头孢西丁纸片扩散法筛选产AmpC酶菌株;采用细菌基因组提取试剂盒提取细菌DNA;采用PCR和DNA测序检测分析AmpC酶基因型别。结果 47株铜绿假单菌经头孢西丁敏感试验选出疑产AmpC酶菌株9株,9株疑产AmpC酶菌株经PCR检测均在405 bp处出现阳性条带,经DNA测序证实均为DHA-1型AmpC酶。结论本院产妇医院感染铜绿假单胞菌检出率较高,AmpC酶基因型以DHA-1型为主要流行株。Objective A retrospective analysis of the AmpC genotype of Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from the puerperant of our hospital was carried out. Methods VITEK 2 Compact automatic microbiological analyzer was used to identify bacteria; cefoxitin disk diffusion was used for the screening of AmpC producing strains; bacterial genomic extraction kit was used to extract bacterial DNA; PCR and DNA sequencing were used to detect and analyze AmpC enzyme gene types. Results Among the 47 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, 9 strains suspected AmpC enzyme productive sample were identified positive by cefoxitin sensitive test; positive bands were detected at 405 bp in 9 strains of suspected AmpC producing enzymes by PCR, and they were all confirmed as DHA - 1 type AmpC enzymes by DNA sequencing. Conclusion The nosocomial infection rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa was high in our hospital, and the DHA - 1 was predominant strain of AmpC enzyme genotype.
