摘 要:研究了防焦剂N-三氯甲基硫代-N-苯基-苯磺酰胺(简称:防焦剂E)用量对三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)硫化胶的硫化特性、焦烧性能、填料网络及力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着防焦剂E用量的增大,EPDM硫化胶交联密度和定伸应力均增大,拉断伸长率和压缩永久变形均减小;焦烧时间延长,填料网络化程度增大,拉伸强度和撕裂强度略有下降,无喷霜现象发生。当防焦剂E用量为0.5份时,EPDM硫化胶综合性能较好。Eeffects of scorch retarder n-phenyl-n-[- (trichloromethyl) thio]-benzenesulfonamid ("E" for short) on cure characteristics, scorch safety, filler network and mechanical properties of EPDM vulcanizate were studied. The results showed that the crosslinking density and modulus of EPDM vul- canizate increased with the increase of the scorch retarder E content, the elongation at break and com- pression set decreased, the scorch time prolonged, the degree of fillers network increased, the tensile strength and tear strength slightly decreased and no blooming occurred. The comprehensive perform- ance was good when the content of scorch retarder E was 0.5 phr.
