摘  要:研究了复合硫化体系下老化条件对NBR/EVM共混胶两相交联密度、力学性能、压缩永久变形、压缩蠕变和Muliins效应等的影响。结果表明,随着老化时间的延长,共混胶两相交联密度、拉伸强度、100%定伸应力、硬度和压缩永久变形均逐渐上升;拉断伸长率和压缩蠕变均逐渐下降;老化温度越高,相应的上升趋势或下降趋势越加明显。NBR/EVM共混胶在复合硫化体系下可用于耐油胶管等制品的生产,不适用于密封制品的生产。Effects of aging conditions on two-phase crosslinking density, mechanical properties, compression set, compression creep and Muliins effect of NBR/EVM blend were research. The results showed that the two-phase crosslinking density, tensile strength, modulus at 100% elongation, hard- ness and compression set gradually increased with the prolonge of aging time,the elongation at break and compression creep gradually decreased. The higher the aging temperature was, the more obvious the increase trend or the decrease trend. NBR/EVM blend with combined curing system could be used to make oil resistant rubber hoses and other products, could not be used to make rubber seals.
