高岭土绿色填料在全钢子午线轮胎中的应用研究

摘  要:使用高速分散机和高压喷射装置制备了硼酸酯偶联剂湿法改性高岭土,通过测试胎面胶性能研究了高岭土改性效果。采用高压喷射装置研究了改性压力对胎面胶力学性能的影响。结果表明,改性高岭土全部取代白炭黑可改善胶料加工性能,其硫化胶拉伸强度和回弹性增大,压缩生热降低,滞后损失下降,耐老化性能变好;但定伸应力、耐磨性和撕裂强度均下降。当处理压力为0.8 MPa时,胶料力学性能最好。Kaolin wet-modified with borate coupling reagent was prepared by using high-speed dis- perser and high pressure jetting device, the modifing effect was researched through testing tread prop- erties. Effect of modifing pressure on tread mechanical properties was researched by using high pres- sure jetting device. The results showed that the processability of the compound was improved when the modified kaolin completely replaced silica, the tensile strength and resilience of the vulcanizate in- creased, the compression themogenesis and the hysteresis loss decreased, the aging-resistant became better. The modulus, the wearability and the tear strength all decreased. The mechanical properties was the best when the treat pressure was 0.8 MPa.
