摘  要:研究了空气弹簧压延出片工艺和烘烤工艺对胶料焦烧时间、门尼粘度和自粘性的影响。结果表明,当压延出片温度为95℃时,随着压延出片时间的延长,焦烧时间迅速缩短,门尼粘度显著上升,自粘性下降,压延出片时间不宜超过10min;随着烘烤温度的上升和烘烤时间的延长,胶料焦烧时间缩短,门尼粘度上升,自粘性下降。Influences of air spring calendering process and baking process on scorch time, Mooney viscosity and stickness was researched. The results showed that when the calendering process tempera- ture was 95 ℃, the scorch time rapidly reduced with the prolong of the calendering time,the Mooney viscosity significantly rose, the stickness decreased, the calendering process should be finished within 10 min. With the rise of the baking temprature and the prolongation of the baking time, the scorch time reduced,the Mooney viscosity rose,the stickness decreased.
