摘 要:油液中所含颗粒物不利于设备的安全运行。根据油液中颗粒物尺寸较小、较稀的特性,利用悬浮流的理论建立了含悬浮颗粒油液的混合物模型,通过特征线法数值求解,并与SRC实验数据比较,验证了所建模型的有效性;利用该模型对不同油液粘度的悬浮流中各相的动态特征进行了分析。结果表明:油液的速度、压力的跃变幅值随着粘度的增大呈现较微弱的增大,悬浮颗粒的速度和浓度则随着粘度的增大而增大;悬浮流中各相发生跃变的时刻在管路的不同区段而不同,在管路的始端、中段、末端分别为T/4(T为脉动周期)的奇数倍、T/8的奇数倍、T/4的偶数倍时刻;悬浮颗粒对油液具有较好的跟随性,颗粒的速度和浓度分布分别受到油液速度和压力的影响。Oil containing particulate matter is of disadvantageous to operation of equipment safely.According to the characteristics of very fine,extremely dilute particles in oil,a mixture model of oil containing suspended particles is set up using the theory of suspension flow,and the model is numerical solved using characteristic line method,and its the validity is verified by comparison with the experimental data of SRC.The dynamic characteristics of each phase of the suspension flow are analyzed by using the model under the conditions of different oil viscosity.The results show that jump amplitudes of the velocity,pressure of oil phase increase relatively weakly with the increase of oil viscosity,the speed and concentration of the suspended particles increase with the increase of viscosity;the moment of jump of each phase in suspension flow is different in different sections of the pipeline,as odd times of T/4 at the initial section,odd times of T/8 at the middle section,and even times of T/4 at the end section,respectively.Suspended particles in the oil are of good following.Particle velocity and concentration distribution are influenced by the oil velocity and pressure,respectively.
