摘　　要：多数档案室建设年代较为久远,缺乏必要的安全设施。通过介绍某公司档案室智能化系统现状,并根据当前国内相应标准规范及地方规定,分析某档案室的智能化系统设计,提出为保障档案安全而设置的各智能化系统设计方案。This paper introduces the present situation of the record room, an intelligent system of the company, according to the current domestic corresponding standards and local regulations, and analyzes the design of an intelligent system of record room, put forward the intelligence in order to protect the file security and set up the system design.
