摘　　要：目的调查"药品零差价"政策对农村基层卫生机构及乡村医生的影响。方法主要通过问卷调查与访谈方式进行。结果 "药品零差价"政策的实施暴露出一些问题,如药品时有断货现象;虽然医疗机构就医量增加,但收入受损;医生很少得到相应的补偿,收入降低,工作满意度及积极性降低。结论建议零差价政策的实施伴以配套改革措施同行,如明确乡村医生的法律地位、探索综合的补偿模式,以期达到政策实施的预期目标。Objective：Investigate the impact of the ＂zero difference＂ policy on rural primary health institutions and rural doctors. Methods： Use questionnaires and interviews. Results： The implement of Drug zero difference ＂policy exposed to some of the problems. For example, drugs are out of stock ; Although the medical institutions to increase the amount of medical treatment; Doctors rarely get the corresponding compensation, income is reduced but the income is damaged, Job satisfaction and enthusiasm reduced. Conclusion： It is suggested that the implementation of the zero-difference policy should be accompanied by supporting reform measures, Clear the legal status of rural doctors, Explore the comprehensive compen- sation model, With a view to achieving the desired objectives of policy implementation.
