延续护理对乳腺癌术后带PICC化疗患者出院后的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨延续护理对乳腺癌术后带PICC导管化疗患者在出院后的影响。方法 2014年9月—2015年1月,对乳腺外科行乳腺癌改良根治术并带PICC导管进行化疗的154名出院患者,开展延续护理。结果患者PICC日常维护知识、患肢功能锻炼方法、生活质量均较住院期间有较大提高,无相关并发症发生,患者满意度100%。结论延续护理可以大大提高乳腺癌术后带PICC导管化疗患者出院后的知识认知性及依从性,明显提升患者生活质量。Objective：To investigate the effect of continuous nursing on discharged patients treated by chemotherapy with peripherally inserted central catheter （PICC） after mammary cancer surgery. Methods： From September 2014 to Janu- ary 2015, continuous nursing was carried out on 154 discharged patients treated by modified radical mastectomy for mam- mary cancer in mammary surgery and then by chemotherapy with PICC. Results： Patients＇ routine maintenance knowledge about PICC, limb function exercise and quality of life have improved greatly compared to those during hospitalization, no related complications occur and patient satisfaction rate amounts to 100%. Conclusion： Continuous nursing can greatly im- prove the cognitive knowledge and compliance of discharged mammary-cancer patients treated by chemotherapy with PICC and significantly improves patients＇ quality of life.
