血友病患者心理健康状况调查及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的研究血友病患者心理健康状况和影响因素。方法选取泰安某三甲医院登记注册的血友病患者,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和心理症状自评量表(SCL-90)测量血友病患者的心理健康状况并分析其影响因素。结果研究发现被调查的54名血友病患者人际关系敏感、焦虑、抑郁和恐怖等负性情绪明显,与不理想的婚姻、工作、经济状况及凝血因子严重缺乏、治疗不及时、输血相关传染性疾病威胁等因素呈正相关(P<0.05),其他各心理健康指标得分无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论登记注册的血友病患者重型居多,大多数患者治疗不及时,而且婚姻、工作、经济状况不理想、医疗费用不足,尤其是受输血相关性传染性疾病的威胁,从而导致患者心理健康水平较低。Objective： To evaluate the mental health status of the hemophilia patients and its associated influeneing factors. Methods ： The registered hemophiliac of a third-grade class-A hospital in Talan were selected and their mental health status were evaluated by the eommon Self-Rating Anxiety Scale （SAS）, Self-Rating Depression Scale （SDS） and Psychological Symptom Checklist （SCL-90）. Results： The scores of 54 surveyed patients in the interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety, depression, and terror had positive correlation with the faetors including poor marital, working and economic status, a serious lack of dotting factor, no timely treatment, the threat of transfusion-related infectious diseases （P 〈 0.05 ）. And the other scores of mental health indieatom were not significantly different （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conelusion： The registered hemophiliac are many severe ones. The majority of patients have no timely treatment and are vulnerable to the transfusion-related infectious diseases. Their poor marriage, work economic eonditions and inadequate medieal expenses lead to the lower mental health status.
