甲氨蝶呤联合小剂量来氟米特、雷公藤多甙片治疗类风湿性关节炎的疗效及安全性

摘　　要：目的研究甲氨蝶呤联合小剂量来氟米特、雷公藤多甙片治疗类风湿性关节炎的疗效及安全性。方法选取80例活动性类风湿性关节炎患者随机分为对照组和试验组,每组各40例。对照组采用甲氨蝶呤(10 mg/周)进行治疗,试验组采用甲氨蝶呤(10 mg/周)联合小剂量来氟米特(10 mg/d)、雷公藤多甙片(60 mg/d)进行治疗。3个月后,对两组患者治疗总有效率、临床症状及实验室指标进行分析,并对两组药物不良反应发生率进行比较。结果和对照组相比,试验组患者的治疗总有效率更高,临床症状及实验室指标改善更好,具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组患者药物不良反应发生率相比差异不具有显著性(P>0.05)。结论甲氨蝶呤联合小剂量来氟米特、雷公藤多甙片治疗类风湿性关节炎,不仅有显著的疗效,而且安全性较高。Objective：To explore the efficacy and safety of methotrexate （MTX） combined with low-does leflunomide （LEF） and Tripterygium polyglyeoside tablets in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis （RA）. Methods ： Eighty patients, with active RA were randomly divided into the experimental group（ n =40） and the control group（ n = 40）. The experimental group was treated with MTX（ 10 mg/w） combined with low-does LEF（20 mg/d）, with Tripterygium polyglycoside tablets（60 mg/d） given in the experimental group, while the control group with only MTX（ 10 mg/w）. After 3 months, the total effective rate, clinical symptoms and laboratory indexes of the two groups were analyzed, and the incidence of drug adverse reactions was compared between the two groups. Results ： Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher, the clinical symptoms and laboratory indexes were all improved better, which were statistically significant（P 〈 0. 05 ）. No statistically significant difference was found in the incidence of drug adverse reactions between the two groups（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion： MTX combined with low-dose LEF, Tripterygium polyglycoside tablets for the treatment of RA has not only a significant effect, but also higher security.
