摘　　要：为适应DRGs及DRGs-PPS的研究、HQMS数据上报、医院评价及医院质量管理等工作要求,ICD编码是提取病案首页信息的主要途径。通过分析影响ICD编码工作质量与效率的根本原因基础上,提出专科编码员的概念,论述专科编码员的重要意义与作用,并就专科编码员工作模式与主要任务进行分析。对ICD编码工作新模式的探讨,将为提高编码人员的业务能力、提高编码与病案信息服务质量及效率、增强编码人员团队凝聚力等方面提供参考。ICD coding is the main way to extract the information of medical records. In order to adapt to the work of DRGs-PPS and DRGs roll out and the requirements of HQMS data report, hospital evaluation and hospital quality management and other work, its quality and efficiency need to be further improved. This paper puts forward the definition of subject coder based on the analysis of the basic reasons for the quality and efficiency of ICD coding work, discuss the important meaning and function of the subject code, and analyze the working mode and main task. The successful exploration of the new coding mode of ICD will provide a reference for improving the business ability of the coding staff, improving the quality and efficiency of the coding and the information service of the medical record, and strengthening the cohesion of the coding team.
