某医院2012年-2016年新生儿住院日和住院费用分析

摘　　要：目的分析新生儿住院日和住院费用情况,为医院合理分配医疗资源提供科学依据。方法采用SAS9.4软件对2012年1月1日-2016年12月31日的新生儿住院病例数据进行回顾性统计分析。结果 5年间新生儿平均住院日为7.99天,平均住院费用为15 061.47元,住院日和住院费用间存在正相关关系。男女性新生儿住院日和住院费用差异有统计学意义(P<0.0001),早晚期新生儿住院日和住院费用差异有统计学意义(P<0.0001)。住院例数前5位的疾病中新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的平均住院日和平均住院费用最高,对单病种分析,极低体重儿的平均住院日和平均住院费用最高。结论医院应根据住院日和住院费用的分布特征,缩短住院天数,控制住院费用增长,同时加强健康宣教和产前检查工作,减少新生儿疾病的发生。Objective To analyze the length of hospital stay and hospital charges of neonates for making the allocation of medical resource more reasonably. Methods Neonatal cases from January 1, 2012 to December 31 , 2016 year were analyzed retrospectively by using the SAS9.4 software. Results During 5 years, the average length of hospital stay and the average hospital charges of neonates were 7. 99 days and 15061.47 yuan respectively. There was a positive correlation between the length of hospital stay and hospital charges（P〈O. 0001）. There were statistical significance in sex distribution of the length of hospital stay and the hospital charzes （P〈0. 000l）. There were statistical significance in age distribution of the hospital length of stay and the hospital charges The average length of hospital stay and the average hospital charges of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome was highest among the top 5 diseases. The average length of hospital stay and the average hospital charges of very low birth weight infant was highest among the single disease. Conclusion The hospital should to shorten the length of hospital stay, to control the growth of hospital charges, and to strengthen the perinatal health education and examination for reducing the incidence of neonatal diseases according to the distribution characteristics of length of hospital stay and hospital charzes of neonates.
