摘　　要：本文讲述了目前空调产品上广泛运用的陶瓷PTC在可靠性方面的质量保障问题,主要阐述了限温器和熔断体在陶瓷PTC上的影响。通过研究用户使用过程中所发生的问题,从使用环境、解剖、模拟验证等方面找出陶瓷PTC在结构设计以及限温器和及熔断体选型上存在的缺陷。This paper describes the current air conditioning products on a wide range of the role of the ceramic PTC quality assurance issues in terms of reliability, this paper mainly expounds the influence of the temperature limiter and fuse on the ceramic PTC. Problems occurred through user use, from the use of the environment, anatomy, simulation and so on to find out the defects in the structure design of the ceramic PTC in the structure design and the temperature limiter and the fuse type selection.
