净水器结构性能试验设备的研制

摘　　要：标准GB/T 30307-2013《家用和类似用途饮用水处理装置》中对净水器产品提出了"结构要求",而目前市面上销售的结构性能试验装置存在各种不足,难以满足试验需要。本文介绍了一种用于净水器结构性能试验的设备,具有水压、水温控制精确,测试效率高,贴近实际工作情况,自动化程度高等特点。该装置已投入使用,经实际使用表明该试验装置可以很好的满足净水器结构性能试验的要求。Structure performance of water purifier should meet the requirements given in GB/T30307-2013 ＂Household and similar drinking water treatment equipment~. The structure performance test device of water purifier available at the present time has its limitation, which is hard to meet the standard requirements. The device for structure performance test device of water purifier introduced in this paper has the characters such as precise control of hydraulic pressure and water temperature, high test efficiency, tested condition as normal use and high automation. The device has been used, and is proved to comply with the requirements of GB/T 30307-2013.
