摘　　要：本文针对产品开发过程中某些因外观设计需求面板局部位于出风口内易产生凝露的问题予以研究。利用CFD仿真工具分析模拟气流组织分布区域,加以优化改进结构设计。从实验和CFD仿真的角度验证了优化方案的可行性,优化方案大大节约了产品研发成本,缩短了研发周期。In this paper, the product development process, because the appearance design requirements panel local positioned in the air outlet is easy to produce condensation problem to be studied. Usina CFD simulation too]. to analyze and simulate the distribution of airflow distribution area, to optimize the structure design. From the point of view of experiment and CFD simulation, it verifies the feasibility of the optimization scheme, which greatly saves the cost of product R＆D and shortens the development cycle.
