摘　　要：以三级专科医院与社区卫生服务中心构建儿童康复基地的实践为例,引入SWOT分析模型,对基地内部环境的优势、劣势及外部条件的机遇、挑战进行系统分析,并提出相应对策和建议,为完善社区儿童康复模式、制定儿童康复政策、进一步推动社区康复提供更多实践参考.With Minglou Community Children＇s Rehabilitation Base as a case,which was jointly founded by tertiary specialized hospital and community health service center,the paper introduced how to use SWOT model to systematically analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the internal environment,opportunities and threats of external condition.Based on the analysis,the solutions,suggestions and policy of children＇s rehabilitation were proposed,providing reference for decision making to promote the community children＇s rehabilitation.
