摘　　要：目的探索拟定部队抗洪救灾卫生防疫救援预案,以提高军队卫生防疫救援能力。方法通过经验总结、半结构访谈和文献复习等方式进行调查分析。结果总结了部队抗洪救灾卫生防疫救援工作的难点和应预防的主要疾病,拟定了3级卫生防疫救援预案和4项卫生防疫实施方法,并提出几点思考。结论部队抗洪救灾卫生防疫救援难度大,必须科学筹划,严密组织。Objective To develop a work plan on heath and epidemic prevention for flood relief troops, so as to improve the ability of health and epidemic prevention in army. Methods Investigation and analysis were taken by means of experience summarization, semi-structured interview and literature review. Results The work difficulties encountered and main diseases prevented were summarized, a three-level p/an and four implementation methods were drafted, and some thoughts were put forward about health and epidemic prevention for flood relief troops. Conclusion Health and epidemic prevention rescue for flood relief troops faces great difficulties, and must be scientifically planned and strictly organized.
