摘  要:目的:探讨领悟社会支持在压力源和钢铁公司职工心理健康关系中的调节效应。方法:采用分层随机抽样方法在河南省某钢铁公司抽取580名职工对其进行症状自评量表(SCL-90)、压力源自测量表、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)的测试。主要采用相关分析和层次回归分析进行统计分析。结果:(1)领悟社会支持对压力作用于职工心理健康水平的调节作用显著(R2=0.047~0.623;P<0.05);(2)以SCL-90总分为参考依据,在面临高压力状态时高领悟社会支持职工的心理健康水平(173.22±17.14)比低领悟水平者(199.16±24.23)高,差异有统计学意义(t=2.414,P<0.05)。结论:领悟社会支持在压力源与钢司职工心理健康的关系中起着显著的调节效应。Objective:To explore the moderating effect of perceived social support on the relationship between stress source and mental health of employees of Steel Corp.Methods:Totally 580 employees were selected by strati-fied random sampling method who were in a Steel Corp of Henan,and assessed with the SCL-90(Self-reporting Inventory),Self- testing pressure source scale and PSSS(Perceived social support scale).The effective reclaimed questionnaires were 580,and the total effective rate was 87.9%.Correlation analysis and hierarchical regression anal-ysis was used.Results:① Perceived social support had a significant effect on the influence of pressure on mental health of the workers of Steel Corp(P 〈0.05);②Based on the total score of SCL90,when faced with high pressure, the mental health level of the high perceived social support workers (173.22±17.14)was higher than that of the low level of perceived social support (199.16 ±24.23),the difference was statistically significant(t =2.414,P 〈0.05 ). Conclusion:The perceived social support of the employees of the Steel Corp has a significantly moderating effect on the relationship between the pressure source and the mental health of employees.
