摘　　要：韩延华教授传承家父韩百灵教授"肝肾学说",强调肝肾在月经病的发生、发展、治疗中的重要性。在临证诊疾时首重对肝肾的调理,用药以滋补肝肾为主。由于气血失调致多虚多瘀,调补气血为常法,攻补兼施,攻而不伤正,补而不留邪。在治疗过程中还注重开导患者,避免精神紧张,调节自身情绪,加强锻炼。Professor HAN Yanhua inherits the theory of the liver and kidney from her father professor HAN Bailing. The theory emphasizes the importance of the liver and kidney in the occurrence, development and treatment of the emmeniopathy. At the time of diagnosis and treatment of disease, we should pay attention to the regulation of liver and kidney and using the medicine with the role of nourishing liver and kidney. Disorder of qi and blood leading to deficiency and stasis, so invigorating qi and blood is a conventional treatment, reinforcing deficiency and reducing excess, this method does not harm righteousness and retain evil. In the course of treatment, he also pays attention to the patient, avoids mental stress, regulates their emotions and strengthens exercise.
