基于手三阳经筋探讨颈肩综合征的诊疗思路

摘　　要：经筋在解剖中具有明确的定位,在临床中起着精确治疗的作用。从经筋理论分析颈肩综合征的疼痛扩延规律,从手三阳经筋着手探讨其诊疗思路,应遵循"筋骨并重"原则,根据经筋"点线面体"规律,先判断手三阳经筋在颈肩部分布肌肉的原发痛点与继发痛点,继而重视切诊准确定位结筋病灶点,进行适当操作如推拿以达到松筋解结,温通经络。Tendons have a clear position in anatomy and play the exact treatment in clinical effect. The author follows the laws of extending neck pain syndrome by tendons theory, proceed from the hand Sanyang tendons to explore diagnosis thought. Follow the ＂tendons and bone are both important＂ principle, according to tendons ＂point, line and plane＂ rule, firstly, to analyse hand Sanyang tendons in the neck and shoulder muscles lining the primary and secondary pain points, pain points, and then pay attention to palpation accurate positioning. An appropriate action such as massage to achieve the tendons loose end solution, temperature and flow ofqi.
