参苓白术散治疗老年肠内营养相关腹泻

摘　　要：目的探讨参苓白术散对老年肠内营养相关腹泻的影响。方法对58例老年肠内营养相关腹泻患者随机分为观察组(30例)及对照组(28例),在常规药物治疗情况下,予观察组加用参苓白术散汤剂,对照组加用美常安口服,观察2组腹泻情况和EN达到目标时间。结果观察组总有效率96.7%,对照组总有效率89.3%,2组目标营养达标时间差异有统计学意义。结论参苓白术散治疗老年肠内营养相关腹泻能促进肠道对水的吸收,缓解腹泻。Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Shenling Baizhu powder in the treatment of enternal nutrition related diarrhea in the elderly. Methods 58 patients with eternal nutrition were randomly divided into observation group（n=30） and control group（n=28）. In the case of conventional drug treatment, the observation group added to shenling Baizhu power, the control group was treated with probiotics, diarrhea and EN reach the target time were observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.7% and the total effective rate of the control group was 89.3%, the difference of target nutrition time between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion Shenling Baizhu powder in the treatment of enternal nutrition related diarrhea in the elderly can promote intestinal absorption of water and relieve diarrhea
