芩蓟凉血合剂治疗早期出血性痔病自身前后对照试验

摘　　要：目的探讨芩蓟凉血合剂对Ⅰ、Ⅱ期出血性痔病患者出血性症状临床疗效及安全性分析。方法观察168例Ⅰ、Ⅱ期出血性痔病患者口服芩蓟凉血合剂治疗前后便血、疼痛、黏膜糜烂、脱物、便秘等临床症状,记录便血停止时间及黏膜充血恢复时间。记录肝肾功能、凝血指标等安全性指标。患者均获随访,随访时间12个月。结果用药后第7天随访发现便血症状改善有效率达91.07%,显效时间3~24 h,平均(5±4.2)h。出血症状缓解占36.66%,未再复发占43.88%;出血积分治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗前后痔核黏膜充血、排便频率、排便时间和排便用力程度等比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论芩蓟凉血合剂对于早期痔疮出血患者能有效缓解临床症状,有效干预痔病的临床进展,减低住院手术比例,提高患者生活质量。Objective Discussion skullcap thistle cooling blood mixture on phase Ⅰ, Ⅱ clinical efficacy in patients with a bleeding hemorrhoids. Methods Observation of 168 cases of Ⅰ, Ⅱ hemorrhoids of bleeding in patients with the clinical symptoms of stool, pain, erosion, off objects, constipation and other changes in liver and renal function after Scutellaria thistle mixed cooling blood agent therapy. Results The first seven days after treatment follow-up found in the stool symptoms of the effective rate of 91.07%, effective time 3-24 h, average（5±4.2） h. Bleeding symptoms accounted for 36.66%, accounting for 43.88%. Bleeding points difference between before and after treatment significantly, P〈0.01, compared with hemorrhoids mucosal congestion, defecation frequency,time of defecation and defecation exertion, the difference was statistically significant P〈0.05. All patients were followed for 12 months. Conclusion Scutellaria thistle cooling blood agent for the early treatment of patients with bleeding hemorrhoids effectively relieve symptoms, clinical progression of hemorrhoids effective interventions to reduce the proportion of inpatient surgery, improve the quality of life of patients. Drugs in secure and reliable.
