快速康复理念在老年膝关节置换术中的应用新进展

摘　　要：快速康复理念是集外科精准操作、现代麻醉、优质护理为一体的集成创新。自2001年提出快速康复理念后,该理念迅速被运用于各个学科,并取得良好的效果。它能缩短平均住院日,减少平均住院费用,促进患者早日康复。在今后的研究中,快速康复理念也应跨入新的航向,开始关注该理念对人类免疫学的影响,此类研究在国外鲜有人涉及,在国内仍处于空白,故需要更多临床试验来证实。Fast track surgery is the integration of surgical precision,modern anesthesia operation, and high quality nursing care. Since FTS is put forward in 2001, this idea was quickly applied in various disciplines, and achieved good effects. It can shorten the hospital stay, reduce hospitalization cost, and accelerate early recovery. In future study, FTS should enter the new course. We should start to pay close attention to the influence of the concept of human immunology. Few foreign countries involved in the research and it is still in the blank at home, so we need more clinical trials to confirm this idea.
