摘  要:细胞自噬是将生命体细胞内受损、变性或衰老的蛋白质以及细胞器运输到溶酶体内进行消化降解的过程,对维持生命体的内环境稳定具有重要意义。自噬的过程又受到一系列复杂的信号转导通路的调控,其中信号通路主要包括mTOR、PI3K/Akt、JAK/STAT、AMPK等,同时参与多种疾病的病理过程,与人类的心血管疾病有着密切的联系。近年来,细胞自噬及其信号通路的调控机制越来越成为人们关注的热点,研究其与心脏疾病的关系,以期有助于为临床治疗心脏疾病提供新的思路。Autophagy is a process that will damage the life body cells, degeneration or aging of protein and organelle transport to the digestion and degradation of the enzyme, which is of great significance to maintain the stability of the inner environment of the body. The process of autophagy is regulated by a series of complex signal transduction pathway, which mainly include mTOR, PI3K/Akt, JAK/STAT, AMPK pathway, and pathological processes involved in many diseases and closely linked with human cardiovascular disease. In recent years, the regulation mechanism of autophagy and its signaling pathway has become a hot topic in the field of people's attention. It is helpful to provide a new way of thinking for clinical treatment of heart disease.
