摘  要:目的掌握普洱市思茅城区登革热和疟疾等蚊虫传播性疾病媒介的种群密度和分布情况,为预防蚊传疾病特别是登革热的暴发流行和制定控制措施,提供科学依据。方法采用诱蚊灯通宵诱捕法、人工诱捕法和布雷图指数法进行调查。结果思茅城区共捕获成蚊4属11种1 990只,其中捕获致倦库蚊1 144只,占捕获数的57.49%,为优势蚊种;每个调查点均有白纹伊蚊分布,未发现埃及伊蚊。媒介伊蚊幼虫调查,居民区250户、医院2所、公园2个BI均﹤20,废旧物品和轮胎收购站BI为47.83,﹥20,对全部阳性容器中的幼虫进行捕捞和鉴定,共发现3种伊蚊幼虫324条,其中白纹伊蚊幼虫253条,占捕获数的78.09%,为优势蚊种,未发现埃及伊蚊。结论经调查,普洱市思茅城区未发现埃及伊蚊,但各调查点均有白纹伊蚊分布,且废旧物品和轮胎收购站BI(47.83)﹥20,潜在输入性登革热引起本地感染暴发的风险,须采取切实有效的预防控制措施,以防止登革热暴发流行。Objective To investigate and grasp the population density and distribution of vector of mosquito-borne diseases such as dengue fever and malaria in urban area of Simao District, Puer, so as to prevent mosquito-borne disease especially dengue fever outbreak and formulate control measures on a scientific basis. Methods Overnight trapping with Light traps, human-bait and labor capture and Breteau index (BI) methods were used for the investigation. Results A total of 1 190 mosquitoes of 11 species, 4 genera were captured in urban area of S iman District, of which Culex quinquefasciatus, the dominant species, were 1 144, accounted for 57.49% of the captures; Aedes albopictus were distributed in Each site, while Aedes aegypti were not found. Aedes larvae investigation were conducted in 250 households, 2 hospitals, 2 parks, BI of all places above are 〈 20; But BI in waste recycling stations and tire collection spots was 47.83, 〉 20. By catching and identifying the larvae in all positive containers, a total of 324 of 3 species aedes larvae were found, including 253 Aedes albopictus larvae, the dominant species, accounted for 78.09% of all catches, while no Aedes aegypti were found. Conclusion Through the investigation, there were no Aedes aegypti found in urban area ofpu'er city, but the Aedes albopictus were widely distributed and with the BI was 47.83%, much higher than 〉 20, in waste recycling stations and tire collection spots. Potential risk of local dengue fever outbreak caused by the imported cases was existed. Effective prevention and control measures on vector mosquitoes must be taken to against dengue fever outbreak.
