全州县2014-2016年艾滋病自愿咨询检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解全州县自愿咨询检测(VCT)门诊HIV抗体阳性人群的特征及HIV感染状况,为更好地开展VCT门诊提供依据。方法通过对2014-2016年主动到全州县的VCT门诊的1 343例求询者的《咨询个案登记表》基本信息和检测结果进行统计分析。结果 2014-—2016年VCT求询者人数逐年上升,共有1 343名求询者接受咨询和血清HIV抗体检测,男性占64.18%,40岁组占31.72%,已婚占68.88%,初中文化程度689人,占31.30%。HIV抗体阳性总检出率为7.59%,女性的HIV抗体阳性率较高,为8.32%、年龄≥50岁占55.88%、已婚有配偶65.69%、小学文化程度44.12%。以求询原因者较多的HIV抗体阳性率最高者是商业异性性行为(74.5%)。结论﹥50岁男性、已婚有配偶、低文化程度人群是本地区今后艾滋病健康教育及干预的重点人群;通过开展VCT,发现HIV感染者及时实施干预,无论对个人还是对家庭和社会都有积极的意义,应加强和推广。Objective To investigate the characteristics of HIV antibody positive population and the status of HIV infection in Quanzhou voluntary counseling and testing （VCT） outpatient service, so as to provide basis for better development of VCT clinic. Methods The basic information and test results of 1 343 questionnaires of several VCT outpatients who went to Quanzhou I from 2014 to 2016 were analyzed statistically. Results In the past three years, the number of HIV-positive patients was higher than that of female, and the age was 20 to 49 years old. The education level was the highest in junior high school and below. Among the 1 343 cases, The HIV tibody positive incidence rate was 7.59%, the positive rate of different age, marital and culture level was different. The reason of the difference was between commercial and heterosexual sex, Check out the number of positive were 74.5%, the main way of the spread is through sexual contact. Conclusion VCT is an important component of AIDS prevention and control, through a variety of channels to increase the number of VCT outpatient detection, found that HIV infection in time to implement the intervention.
