摘 要:超高层建筑施工周期较长,施工过程中结构力学性能不断发生变化。为研究超高层结构施工过程中的变形和应力规律,以天津泰安道五号院为背景,对结构进行施工全过程监测,得到结构在施工过程的变形和应力数据。建立了考虑施工过程的有限元模型,综合施工模拟数据与监测数据对竖向变形及应力发展规律进行分析。研究结果表明:施工过程中结构竖向变形随施工进度稳定增长;竖向变形差和关键构件应力在整体变化规律和极值上吻合较好;构件应力水平较低,安全储备较高,证明了泰安道五号院施工方案的合理性。Due to the long construction period of super high-rise building,the structure mechanical properties change constantly during the construction. To study the deformation and stress law of super high-rise building during the whole construction process,based on Wuhaoyuan of Tai'an Road in Tianjin,the building was monitored during the whole construction process to obtain related data of deformation and stress of the construction process. And a finite element model with the construction process taken into consideration was established. The vertical deformation and stress development law were studied by integrating simulation data and monitoring data during the whole construction.The results indicated that vertical deformation of the structure grew steadily with the progress of construction schedule,and the vertical deformation difference and the stress of critical members were in good agreement in the overall change rule and the extremum. The stress of members of structure was small and the construction had enough safety stock,which proved that construction plan and schedule of Wuhaoyuan of Tai'an Road in Tianjin was reasonable.
