摘 要:以安徽霍邱体育中心建设项目为工程背景,采用有限元法对钢结构屋盖累积滑移施工的全过程进行了力学性能分析,并对施工过程中关键构件应力和关键节点位移实施了监测。阐述了监测系统的组成、测点布置以及施工过程中构件应力和结构线形变化规律。对关键构件的应力实测值与有限元理论计算值进行的对比显示,两者较吻合,表明该结构施工过程使用有限元法模拟和监控实施的正确性和有效性。Taking the project of the Huoqiu gymnasium steel structure as an example,the finite element method was used to analyze the mechanical properties of the steel structure in the whole accumulative sliding construction process in the paper. The stress of key members and the displacement of key joints were monitored in the construction process by the tests. The monitoring system,layout of testing points,the stress of key members and structural deformation variation in the construction process were given. Moreover,the measured stress values of the key members were compared with the computed values by finite element analysis,the results of which were in good agreement. It demonstrated that the monitoring method was effective and could ensure the safe construction.
