摘 要:矩形钢管混凝土组合异形柱框架-支撑体系延性较好,具有较大的抗侧刚度,可应用于高层建筑。沧州福康家园项目是全国第一个应用异形柱技术的高层钢结构住宅小区,其中18层住宅全部采用矩形钢管混凝土组合异形柱框架-支撑体系,最大建筑高度达53.2 m,异形柱技术应用到此高度尚属首次,该结构在罕遇地震下的抗震性能值得关注和研究。采用有限元分析软件对该结构进行静力弹塑性分析,结果表明该结构具有良好的延性,在较大位移变形下可以保持一定的承载能力。在合理设计下,该结构体系破坏机制合理,可以实现支撑先发生屈服、梁后发生屈服、柱子基本不屈服的合理破坏机制,可应用于高达50 m左右的高层钢结构住宅。该体系抗震性能好,土地利用率高、建筑效果好、应用前景广阔。Special-shaped concrete filled rectangular steel tubular( SCFRT) frame-brace system has good ductility and lateral stiffness,it can be applied in the high-rise buildings. Fukang Home located in Cangzhou city is the first highrise residential buildings using SCFRT technology in China. All the 18-storey buildings used the SCFRT frame-brace system. This is the first time that the technology of special-shaped tubular was applied in constructing such a high-rise building,the highest part of which can reach 53. 2 meters. The seismic behavior of the building should be paid more attention. The push-over analysis of the building was carried out by the finite element analysis software. The results showed the building had good ductility and certain bearing capacity under the situation of large deformation. With the reasonable design,the system could reflect reasonable damage mechanism. The system also could be applied in the high-rise residential buildings about 50 meters high. The SCFRT frame-brace system showed excellent seismis behavior and architectural effect with broad prospects.
